2013 First international project

He found out that the interim business in Germany doesn’t work the same way as in Holland. These “interim projects” from companies land at “interim” specialized agencies.

And these people only work with a very delicate number of experienced interim managers they personally know.

Although in the end he found the right agencies, these German recruiters were very reluctant to call someone from Holland.

All this hard work, applying for hundreds projects, sending out thousand mails, wasn’t completely wasted. His CV also landed on desk in south Germany, in München to be precisely.

They needed an logistic manager ASAP and a few days later he started his first international project!
