2001 Burnout

He managed to work at Xerox and also help his mother out with the garden business from 1997 until 2001. Since his father’s death 8 years ago, he had converted anger and sorrow into performance and results.

But he also lived unhealthy, gained overweight and had a short fuse. In the end he reached the level that somehow he didn’t care anymore.

At one point also results didn’t satisfy him anymore, he had completely lost the drive which brought him so far.

This results driven behaviour had finally brought him down. He knew he had to recover again.

But how?
