1997 First “real” job XeroxThe first day after finishing school, he immediately started as inventory controller specialist at Xerox. Lucky shot or not, he got the direct responsibility over a stock worth $ 200M of supplies and colour printers. In addition he also had to organize replenishment and outgoing shipments in Europe. He organized quarter-ends very well and became the liaison between sales, production and finance. He was involved in all kind of projects and was travelling frequently to the US and UK. Finally he got what he had been longing for so long: a career in an international business. Due to his enormous drive for results he was promoted 3 times in 5 years.
